"I just wanted to let you know the great job Hetter Heating & Cooling did installing my new Trane furnace and air conditioner. Thank you for taking the time to vist me twice in my home and to answer all my questions prior to installation, including coming up with a solution for the hot water tank so that it was up to code. I also appreciate the thorough job that Matt and Walt did in actually installing the furnace and air conditioner. The fellows discovered some problems with the original ductwork and literally put in extra hours to correct the situation so that everything was up to code and the new furnace would work efficiently. They were neat and did a great job of cleanup afterwards. They were also mannerly, and I had no qualms about leaving my 80 years + mother in the house with them while they worked when I had to run some errands. Even my husband, who is a man of few words, was impressed with their work. As a homeowner, I only wish there were more companies out there like Hetter Heating & Cooling."
