Waterworks & Hetter Heating and Cooling installs and services residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air cleaners, humidifiers, UV lamps & thermostats. Our office and warehouse are located at 4780 Kenny Rd (just south of Bethel) and we are open Monday through Friday from 8AM til 5PM.
Bishop Watterson graduate John Hetterscheidt purchased the family business from his father Dick in 1996. His passion for doing what is right for the customer has transcended the company resulting in a consistent annual double digit growth rate.
John Hetterscheidt chaired ACCA’s Heat the Town program for ten years (2003 – 2013) leading the effort every fall to bring together the best heating & cooling professionals in central Ohio who donate their time and talent to service the HVAC needs of the less fortunate. He finally passed the baton in 2014.
John is a past president of the local chapter of ACCA (2009 – 2011) and long time past board member. He worked hard to educate central Ohio consumers on the peace of mind associated with hiring an ACCA member company. ACCA member companies go to work every day with an elevated standard of ethics because of a sense of accountability to not only the consumer but their fellow association members.
Hetter is the proud recipient of two Torch Award for Ethics from the Better Business Bureau (2010 & 2016).
Hetter’s staff has consistently grown since its inception in 1963 to our current staff of 22. This includes fourteen service & installation technicians. Hetter purchased its current 23,000 square foot office & warehouse on Old Kenny Rd in May, 2008 to facilitate our growth.
