Hetter Heating & Cooling has been awarded the prestigious 2010 Angie's List Super Service Award, an honor bestowed annually on approximately 5 percent of all companies surveyed. This award marks the tenth year in a row - a full decade - in which Hetter has been recognized. "Our Super Service Award winners are the cream of the crop when it comes to providing consistently high quality customer service, as judged by the customers who hired them," said Angie Hicks, founder of Angie's List. "We are excited and very proud," say Hetter president John Hetterscheidt. "Hopefully the consistency in which we have been recognized by Angie's List speaks to those who have never used our company. To me it says, we are fair and we will take care of you." Angie's List Super Service Award winners have met strict eligibility requirements including earning a minimum number of reports, an exemplary rating from their customers and abiding by Angie's List operational guidelines. Hetter is also very proud to have been named one of just three central Ohio heating & cooling companies as a 2010 Suburban News' Reader's Choice Award winner.
