Hetter Heating & Cooling has been selected for the 2011 Best of Columbus Award in the heating & air conditioning contractors category by the US Commerce Association. The USCA "Best of Local Business" Award program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Each year, the USCA identifies companies that have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community. These are the local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers & community. Hetter has also been awarded the prestigious 2011 Angie's List Super Service Award, an honor bestowed annually on approximately 5 percent of all companies surveyed. This award marks the eleventh year in a row in which Hetter has been recognized. "Our Super Service Award winners are the cream of the crop when it comes to providing consistently high quality customer service, as judged by the customers who hired them," said Angie Hicks, founder of Angie's List. "We are excited and very proud," say Hetter president John Hetterscheidt. "Hopefully the consistency in which we have been recognized by Angie's List speaks to those who have never used our company. To me it says, we are fair and we will take care of you." Angie's List Super Service Award winners have met strict eligibility requirements including earning a minimum number of reports, an exemplary rating from their customers and abiding by Angie's List operational guidelines.
