Turning the calendar to 2022 was bittersweet for us here at Hetter Heating & Cooling. Two valuable & talented employees retired effective December 31, 2021. In addition to Laurel Eikey who we wrote about here in December, 13-year Hetter sales representative Kevin Cull retired as well. Kevin has been a consistently dependable sales rep amidst a sometimes volatile consumer market that included most recently supply chain challenges. The following customer testimonial from Mary Beth is one of many we received over the years on Kevin: "I recently changed heating & air conditioning companies to Hetter. I felt taken advantage of and did not trust the former company that we had used for years. Needless to say I was leery of all companies. From my first interaction with Hetter's salesman Kevin, I felt more comfortable. I had been told by the former company that I had a leak in my furnace and I needed a new one. Kevin could have made a sale that day but instead he suggested I have the technician look at it. He sent James who I also found to be very knowledgeable, honest and straightforward. I had been lied to by the former company and I did not need a furnce." Kevin loves people and he loved the opportunity to help people out in an honest & straightforward way which is really what he is all about. Kevin is a Bishop Watterson alumni and lives in Powell with his wife Rose. He plans in retirement to visit his kids more in Virginia & Cincinnati. Best of luck Kevin. You will be missed.
