Bobby came out to look at our heat pump after it wasn’t keeping temp properly. We had a company come out previous who had given a very large quote which we were ready to do, but figured we would get a second opinion to make sure we were doing the right thing. Not only did Bobby work efficiently and quickly, he also helped advise us on how to properly address the issue instead of diving into a huge repair which might not be our actual issue. We’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

We have been very pleased with Hetter's prompt, professional, quality and value/fair priced services- no complaints. We did not have the same prior experience with Waterworks, and so we no longer use Waterworks. We hope Hetter continues to maintain it's quality services now that it has been acquired.
